1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the exact countries we deliver to. If a new country is added, we will update our T&Cs accordingly.

2. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are free for the customer, regardless of the destination country.

3. Delivery Time

Our delivery times vary depending on the order volume. Typically, the delivery time is 3-7 business days as we use Economy shipping. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10-12 days due to high order volumes.

4. Shipping Providers

We work with the best shipping providers, such as DHL, Post, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure excellent service and secure deliveries.

5. Delivery and Shipping Issues

We are currently working on a solution for delivery issues in case the carrier cannot reach the customer. More information will be available shortly.

6. Packaging

All products are securely packaged in a sturdy tube to avoid damage during transport.

7. Insurance and Compensation

Our shipping providers have assured us that products will be shipped safely and with high quality. If an item arrives damaged, you have the right to receive a full refund or request a replacement. We will arrange for the shipping of the new item immediately after you report the issue.
