Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Studio_abstracta. If for any reason you’re not happy with your poster, we offer you the opportunity to return it within 14 days after receiving it.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The return of the goods must be in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Products that are custom-made for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Return Shipping Costs:

Generally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we kindly ask you to contact us before returning the product—either by email at office@studio-abstracta.com or via the contact form on our website. Together, we will find a suitable solution.

3. Refund:

Once we receive the returned goods, we will immediately refund the full purchase amount, but no later than within 7 days. The refund will be made to the payment method you used for the order.

4. Damaged Goods:

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately and, if possible, send a photo of the damage. We will refund the full amount or send you a new poster, depending on your preference.
