1. Definitions and Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern all contracts between Studio Abstracta, Neubaugasse 24, 8020 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and customers (consumers and businesses) concluded via the online shop “studio-abstracta.com.”
1.2 “Consumer” for the purposes of these T&Cs refers to natural persons who conclude legal transactions for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.
1.3 “Entrepreneurs” are natural or legal persons who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contract Conclusion and Storage
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop “studio-abstracta.com” constitutes a binding offer by the Seller.
2.2 Customers can accept this offer by placing the desired products in the virtual shopping cart and completing the order process. The purchase contract is concluded by clicking the order button.
2.3 The contract text is not stored by the Seller. After the contract is concluded, customers will receive the relevant contract data, including these T&Cs, by email.
2.4 The contract can only be concluded in either German or English.
3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Further information on the withdrawal conditions and the corresponding consequences can be found in the section “Right of Withdrawal.”
3.2 All products in the range are generally subject to the right of withdrawal. Products that are specially made for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3.3 The customer generally bears the return shipping costs, but we kindly ask for prior contact via email or contact form to find a friendly and appropriate solution.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices quoted are final prices and include the statutory VAT.
4.2 No additional shipping costs are charged, as shipping is free for all markets. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties, or other charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Delivery is worldwide, including to the USA, EU member states, EFTA countries, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the UK, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, and Japan.
5.2 Shipping time varies depending on the destination country and can take up to 10 days in individual cases, especially during high order volumes. Generally, the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
5.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer bears the additional costs incurred.
6. Liability and Warranty
6.1 The Seller is liable for defects in the goods in accordance with the statutory provisions.
6.2 If the goods arrive damaged, the customer will either receive a full refund or the goods will be immediately replaced.
6.3 For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is limited to 12 months, as far as legally permissible.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
8. Applicable Law
8.1 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
8.2 For consumers outside the EU, the law of their country of residence applies, provided that mandatory provisions so require.
9. Privacy Information
For details on the processing of personal data and your rights, please refer to the separate privacy policy, which is an integral part of these T&Cs.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Customers are offered the possibility of an out-of-court dispute resolution via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10.2 The Seller is willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
11. Withdrawal Form
(Primarily, we ask our customers to send any withdrawal via email or contact form so that the support can be optimized and accelerated. However, if you wish to withdraw from the contract in writing and by post, please use this form and send it to:
